linux ubuntu NOT booting starting solution


/dev/sda5 contain a file system with errors, check forced inodes that were part of a corrupted orphan linked list found.

 /dev/sda: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY: RUN fsck MANUALLY.
         (i.e., without -a or -p options)
fsck exited with status code 4
The root filesystem on /dev/sda5 requires a manual fsck

Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

(initramfs) help
Built-in commands:

run is fsck command here:- 

(initramfs) fsck -f /dev/sda5 

(sda1 sda2 sda3 sda4 sda5) may vary as per your system hard disk partition structure choose appropriate one.

It will repair file system level error else there may be some issue with your operating system hard disk.
